Meet The Team

Caroline McNamee

Managing Director

Caroline has over 12 years Human Resources experience and has developed her skills in manufacturing, finance, education and the Service sectors.

She has a BA Hons in Human Resources and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is NEBOSH Certified, qualified to Level B in Psychometric Testing and is a memeber of the Corporate Institute of Personnel and Development.

Her areas of specialism are Sickness Absence Management and Disciplinary and Grievence. She is an expert in designing and deliverying learning and development courses to meet client needs as well as all aspects of recruiment and selection.

Caroline says 'I am passionate about Human Resources and making a difference to the companies that I work with. I have a hands-on approach to all of my clients needs taking care of their Human Resoruces issues so that they can concentrate on running their business.'
